INOAC Corporation officially signed the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) on October 14, 2025, and was officially registered as a participating company. At the same time, we joined the Global Compact Network Japan (GCNJ), a network of Japanese companies and organizations participating in the UNGC.

The UNGC is the world's largest sustainability initiative, calling on companies to align their operations and strategies with ten universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption, in order to promote responsible corporate practices and sustainable growth.

Guided by our purpose, "Enriching lives through materials," INOAC has been committed to creating not only economic value, but also social and environmental value. Through our participation in the UNGC and GCNJ, we will further respect and promote the Ten Principles, and strive to act as a responsible member of the international community.

Looking ahead, we will continue to deepen these efforts, aiming to achieve sustainable growth as a company while contributing to the resolution of social challenges and the realization of a more sustainable society.

The Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact

HUMAN RIGHTS	1 Businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights; and 2 make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses.
LABOUR	3 Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining; 4 the elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labour; 5 the effective abolition of child labour; and 6 the elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.
ENVIRONMENT	7 Businesses should support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges; 8 undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility; and 9 encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.
ANTI-CORRUPTION	10 Businesses should work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.
