About MIXEL®

Mixel is a functional material that achieves diverse properties by crushing and blending materials with different characteristics. By selecting the type of material, particle size, density, and processing method, and combining it with other materials, we transform it into more functional products while preserving the original features of the material. These upcycled materials are being utilized in various fields and represent one approach to achieving zero emissions.

    A flexible material with unique properties, created by effectively utilizing polyurethane foam offcuts and combining various types of foam.

    A high-density foam with a block size ranging from 180 to 500 mm.

  • Durability

    It has high density and low compression set, allowing for long-term use.

  • Cushioning property

    With non-directional cell structure, it provides moderate cushioning property.

  • Available from a single block

    Available from a single block (width 1200mm × length 2000mm × height 180–500mm).

  • Moldability

    Block forming and molded rebonded form are both supported.
