Company History

1956 Started manufacture of polyethylene pipes, 'AIPOLY'.
1966 Started business of INOAC HOUSING & CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS CO., LTD. as a specific material department of MTP KASEI CO., LTD. (now INOAC CORPORATION).
1969 Introducing facilities from KVS in Germany, started the Japan's first manufacture of rigid polyurethane foam thermal insulator 'Pipe Guard.'
1971 Started manufacture of polyethylene foam thermal insulator 'Lite Cover.'
1980 Changed the name to Housing Materials Department of INOUE MTP CO. LTD., newly established by integrating MTP KASEI CO., LTD. and INOUE RUBBER CO. LTD.
1988 Started manufacture of cross-linking polyethylene pipe 'AIPOLY XL' (now OYU-POLY).
1990 Changed the name to INOAC CORPORATION. Developed the world' first R-PUR Technique.
1996 Started manufacture of polyethylene foam thermal insulator 'Lite Cover' at INOAC INDUSTRIES THAILAND CO., LTD.
1997 Started manufacture of copper tubes covered with insulation material for air conditioning 'AIPO TUBE Type A' at INOAC INDUSTRIES THAILAND CO., LTD.
1999 Started manufacture of cross-linking polyethylene tubes covered with insulation material for water/hot water supply 'OYU-POLY Tube.'
2000 Change the name to Housing & Construction Department. Acquired ISO 9001 certification.
2001 Acquired ISO 14001 certification.
2004 Introducing company system, it transferred to HOUSING & CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS CO., LTD. Started overseas production of hot water floor heating panels. Started the Japan's first manufacture of pipes for geothermal heat exchange system 'U-POLY Pipe.'
2008 Separated from INOAC CORPORATION, HOUSING & CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS CO., LTD. integrated and merged with AISHIN CO. LTD. and established as INOAC HOUSING & CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS CO.,LTD.
2010 Started sales of raised floor 'NeoFOSPA'.
2012 Started manufacture of high performance polyethylene pipes with double layered 'AIPOLY BROADPIPE Series'
2013 Merged INOAC TOKUZAI Co., Ltd.
2014 Capital increase from 40 million yen to 90.
2015 Newly established Ibigawa Plant in Ibigawa, Gifu, and transferred facilities from Nanno Plant and Ohno Plant.
2016 Started manufacture of polyethylene pipes at its first overseas plant, Tangerang, Indonesia.
