We recruit talented personnel effectively within our company to expand business fields and improve business value. It is a program for each employee to achieve self-realization and to increase opportunity of job enlargement.
Recruit within Company Program
This system is to extensively recruit personnel for a new business unit and an in-house project on the intranet.
In-house Free-agent Program
This program enables employees to register themselves on the positions they desire. They may be transferred to those positions through interviews and evaluations. This program targets personnel who have strong intention of job enlargement and improvement of their fields of specialization.
Support from the company
INOAC encourages employees' self-education and capability development. We provide our employees with examination fee and a monetary reward, who have passed the official qualifying examinations designated by the company
In-house educational programs and outside training sessions
We hold language classes and seminars after working hours. We support and help employees to build up their skill, design their career plan and achieve self-actualization.

The Positive Action Project is an activity to eliminate inequality by gender in terms of workplace roles and performance of duties. For creating a comfortable working environment where all the employees are attracted to and proud of, INOAC promotes the Positive Action Project. Through this project, INOAC has taken measures to enable employees to work and raise children and /or take care of adults requiring care. In 2005, we received family-friendly company certification from Aichi Prefectural Government and in 2006, received an award as an equality employment company, from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
