Human-resource development to encourage employees to proactively realize their own potential
Personnel are a company's indispensable asset. INOAC has various programs to develop human resources who think globally, are always innovative and are encouraged to take on new challenges.
To expand its business fields and improve the value of its businesses, INOAC has an in-house recruitment program for efficiently finding skilled personnel. This program provides each employee with opportunities to demonstrate abilities or increase work experience.
This program publicizes the information of new business projects and calls for project members through the intranet, to gather personnel from across the board.
This system enables employees to register themselves for positions they desire. They may be transferred to those positions through interviews and evaluations. This program is intended for those who have the intention to expand their work experience or improve their specialties on the job.
We have an overseas special training program to develop personnel with international skills, reward those who have achieved excellent results and made great contributions to the benefit of the company, and encourage them to further improve their creativity.
INOAC encourages employees' self-education and capability development. When an employee has passed the examination for a qualification which is designated by the company, the employee is compensated for the examination fees, and receives a monetary reward.
Personnel who are excellent and motivated have an opportunity to attend programs
at a college or university in Japan.
The program for studying abroad is also prepared to encourage the global talent.
To encourage the excellent talent and to improve special skills,
INOAC prepare
various educational programs.

The Positive Action Project is an activity to eliminate inequality between male and female employees, in terms of workplace roles and performance of duties, for creating an environment in which both male and female employees can work comfortably. To realize a working environment in which employees find work enjoyable and worthwhile, INOAC promotes the Positive Action Project. Through this Project, INOAC has taken measures to enable employees to work and raise children and/or take care of adults requiring care.
